The Katy DBT Center offers comprehensive Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), which includes individual sessions, skills classes, and coaching. DBT is indicated for multi-disordered adults and adolescents, including those who self-harm and who are suicidal.
Individuals who are in need of skills but are not suicidal or self-harming can attend skills classes at the Katy DBT Center and continue to see their current therapist.
If you have a client you think could benefit from skills classes, please call Joe Pentony at (832) 754-4254.
The Katy DBT Center is open Monday through Friday and now accepts Aetna and Beacon insurance plans.
