It's back to school time. It's hard to believe that the summer break has gone by already. Many of us will be hearing the school bells ringing as early as this week! It can be hard to go from sleeping in, summer camps, vacations and just plain hanging out to the fast pace of the school year. As a therapist, I am seeing a lot of young clients with anxiety about returning to school. I ran across these tips on the PBS website where parents can find help for students struggling with "back to school jitters".
