Early Bird Rate until April 15, 2022/ Student Rates
Have you ever had an intense emotional experience that didn’t involve your brain and body? Or that wasn’t related to a relationship and specific context? If you haven’t, then you understand the importance of including all of those factors in therapeutic conversations. If these elements intertwine into a problem, they need to be integrated into the solution.
How can we work narratively with problems such as anger or self-hate, which are loaded with intense affective non-verbal elements?
Could practices that help people quickly reset their experiences of intense emotions, such as panic attacks, be valuable in your work setting?
Inspired by cutting-edge discoveries, this workshop will offer practical strategies to optimize narrative conversations and galvanize possibilities.
We hope you can join us!
